So today my family and I took a drive and went to the Ice Cream Capital of the World--LeMars, Iowa.
It was a very interesting time, we got to see how Blue Bunny makes their ice cream, how they got their name, and how LeMars... is... the Ice Cream Capital of the World.
After the tour of the little museum, we got to eat some quality ice cream in the Blue Bunny ice cream parlor. I got vanilla ice cream, with fudge sauce, malt powder, and a cherry :D. While the actual drive to LeMars (the Ice Cream Capital of the World) took more time than actually going through the museum, the scenery on the way was beautiful-- so driving was okay!
It was a cute experience, and I suggest that ice cream fanatics go and check out the Blue Bunny museum some time.
Did I forget to mention LeMars is the Ice Cream Capital of the World?
